Job summary/ Tổng quan: We are looking for an innovative Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team. You will spearhead the planning, purchasing process and warehouse

process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as

provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

Report to Operation Manager and take responsibility on:

✔️ Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;

✔️ Manage the production and purchasing planning and work with internal production department;

✔️ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors;

✔️ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms;

✔️ Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility;

✔️ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers;

✔️ Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services;

✔️ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements;

✔️ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs;

✔️ Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods;

✔️ Ensure all data is entered accurately into the company’s information system in accordance with company’s Work Order processes and procedures;

✔️ Preparing procurement reports;

✔️ Manage warehouses;

✔️ Others tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS/YÊU CẦU

     + Education/ Trình độ: Bachelor degree on in supply chain management, logistics, accounting & auditing,business administration or International economics.

     + Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: 5-9 year working experience and has at least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement. Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is a PLUS

     + Language skill/ Ngoại ngữ: Fluent English proficiency

     + IT skill/IT: Strong computer

     + Abilities/ Khả năng: Work independently, can work under pressure

Standard salary range/Khung lương:

     + $ gross up to candidate competency

     + 13th month of salary (for local employee only)
