- Product performance
- Export requirements – product registration and labeling
- Import and Re Export of raw materials (Sugar/Coffee Beans/Tea )
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required for material.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
- Develop and manage Materials Planning function for goods and materials demanded by Company;
- Create item specific forecasts over a rolling time horizon to be used for ordering and inventory management purposes;
- Create integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process;
- Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems;
- Ensure minimized risks to the company by utilizing mitigation planning and effective contracting;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/University graduated
- 1- 3 years experience in procurement.
- Experience in the food/beverage or production, retail, trading industry preferred
- Understand integrated supply chain and logistic concepts
- Be knowledgeable in Demand planning and Forecasting systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and English
- Good management skill, problem soving skill, be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical abilities and negotiation skills
- Report directly to foreign Supply Chain Manager
