Process Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Conduct process monitoring, testing, and data collection throughout production cycles.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, characterize, and improve manufacturing processes using structured experimentation and data analysis.
• Design and optimize equipment layouts, workflows, and process sequences to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Support cost estimation, capacity planning, and production scaling activities.
• Establish and maintain safety procedures for handling chemicals, materials, and production equipment.
• Perform risk assessments (FMEA, hazard analysis) and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product/process introductions.

• Education:  BS degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (preferably in the semiconductor field), Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. (Candidates with degrees in Physics or other science/engineering disciplines will also be considered.)
• Internship or project experience in  Semiconductors, MEMS, PCB manufacturing, or Process Engineering .
• Familiarity with  Design of Experiments (DOE)  and  statistical data analysis .
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
