- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements to reduce waste and operational costs.
- Support new product launches and process validation activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to solve technical issues.
- Develop and update work instructions, process parameters, and operating procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and kaizen projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators when needed.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of process improvement tools, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication and teamwork skills, willing to learn and work
