Position Summary
- We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Quality Engineer to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to identify issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Be the quality focal point for customer-related technical and non-technical issues, including complaints, feedback, qualifications, and management requirements.
- Manage customer quality data , including non-conformance systems, databases, and follow-up actions.
- Lead root-cause analysis and problem solving using structured methods such as 8D, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor customer quality performance and lead improvement activities.
- Support customer audits and training , including quality and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields .
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant quality/customer quality role.
- Strong English communication skills .
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma .
- Good knowledge ISO quality systems and quality control principles .
- Experience in 8D, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving tools .
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with IQC, PQC, OQC, or related quality processes .
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business trips .
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset .
