Role Purpose - Develop Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflow automation and BI products that improve daily operational decisions across C-Hawk globally.
Key Responsibilities - Work with process owners to understand user journeys, define user stories and design simple, mobile-ready operational experiences. - Build Power Apps, digital forms, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards and planning/quality decision-support tools. - Design Dataverse models and integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs, SQL databases and trusted manufacturing data products. - Apply source control, testing, role-based access, audit trails, release controls, monitoring and production-support practices. - Support UAT, user training, cutover, hypercare and usability improvements based on frontline feedback and adoption data. - Embed approved AI services, create reusable components and provide application support across the C-Hawk network. sable components and provide application support across the C-Hawk network. - Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications & Experience - Degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, data analytics or equivalent. - 3-5 years delivering production Power Platform, workflow automation or analytics solutions. - Strong Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, DAX/Power Query, APIs and SQL skills. - Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, Python/JavaScript/.NET or GenAI integration is advantageous. - Demonstrated usability, documentation, monitoring and production-support discipline; able to support C-Hawk sites globally.
