BẠN SẼ LÀM GÌ?

- Lead and drive overall project and workstreams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring) in alignment with strategic direction
- Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management
- Lead interpretation of project results and translate into insights to steer the project successfully
- Effectively deploy project management toolkit across workstreams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables
- Coach and Manage activities of (assistant) project managers and business analysts
- Review and enhance IT policies and procedures
- Ensure policies and procedures are implemented properly
- Setup/monitor vendors KPIs to drive for service enhancement
- Support various audit activities related to IT

YÊU CẦU CHUYÊN MÔN

Qualifications & Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in IT industry
- Minimum 5-6 years of Project Management and IT Governance experience in MNC environment
- University degree, Best to have ITIL v3 Foundation/ Expert and PMP certification

- Drive major change initiatives across functions
- Manage (senior) stakeholders relationship and secure buy-ins to project deliverables
- Coach and groom future junior talents
- Furthering project management capabilities and knowledge management of the team
- Uphold and enhance the brand of Strategy & Projects with (senior) stakeholders
- Drive and implement new best practice strategically
- Provide recommendations to enhance work efficiency
- Vendor Management
Language
- Regular daily use of English is a standard with presenting, cooperating with stakeholders, attending team/corporate meetings.
