Platform Onsite Monetization Associate - Business Development, Shopee

1/ Process Excellence

• Standardize, and continuously optimize operational workflows, identify process gaps and drive automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and seller experience.

2/ Product & Feature Operations

• Manage end-to-end campaign package operations, including setting up, asset allocation, fulfillment, payment
• Support the execution of initiatives and product launches.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate product issues, coordinating with Product, Campaign, Finance, Payment, and related teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive feature launch readiness, post-launch monitoring, and operational stabilization.
• Troubleshoot on products issues including the packages & offsite solution

3/ Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Lead product communication, training for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate across selling teams and functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution  
• Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and operational communications across stakeholders.

Yêu cầu

• At least 1-2 years of work experience either in marketing or e-commerce industry, and have passion in e-commerce industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions.  
• Excellent team player. Can work well with others and independently when needed
• Fluency in English is a must
