Swan & Maclaren (Ha Noi) is looking for suitable candidate to be part of the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish processes and regulations within their area of expertise.
• Participating in presiding over the implementation of documents for the design stages of the planning project.
• Controlling the planning project of the implementation consultant.
• Knowledge of Legal, 1/500 detailed planning, subdivision planning, general planning.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and when required.
• Other arising jobs as assigned by the direct manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• ABLE TO SPEAK AND COMMUNICATE BY ENGLISH
• University graduate or postgraduate majoring in urban planning, majoring in Architecture
• Having at least 05 years of practical working experience at domestic or foreign design companies.
• Proficient in using specialized design software Auto Cad, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketchup, MS office and other specialized software...
• Ability to compose; find good intentions; Ability to work independently or in a team...
• Have a practicing certificate in urban planning will be an advantage
• Having seriousness and responsibility at work to ensure the progress of the work.
• Have good professional capacity, enthusiastic passion in work, able to withstand work pressure and not afraid to go on business trips.

STAFF WELFARE

High basic salary, depends on experience and ability of candidate

13th month salary + bonus

Social insurance and health insurance base on full gross salary + health care card

Full training for new staff

Opportunity to promote to management positions such as Deputy/Head of Department and Senior Architect of the Company

Working time: 8.5 hours/day from Monday – Friday
