• Advise and collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to address operational staffing needs at various provincial locations.
• Operations & Network Management
• Manage, develop, and operate recruitment activities across provincial sites, ensuring consistent quality and speed of hiring.
• Build and nurture a robust network of recruitment partners, agencies, and provincial collaborators to diversify candidate sourcing.
• Actively source, assess, and develop high-potential talent pools for critical and high-volume roles.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, train, and provide operational support to the recruitment team to ensure individual and team KPIs are exceeded.
• Foster a high-performance culture, monitoring individual performance and providing professional coaching.
• Cross-Functional & HR Coordination
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure recruitment processes support the broader HR objectives set by the Board of Directors.
• Prepare periodic reports and analytics to inform management of recruitment health and labor market trends.

• Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience & Knowledge
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR management, or market development (candidates with manufacturing industry experience are highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and provincial labor market dynamics.
