Job description:
Overall manpower management
Overall evaluation plan management
Incoming supplier control
Feedback and push supplier about part quality isssues
Support to solve quality incoming
Monthy evaulation supplier
Responsible for monthly report of supplier evaluation
Maintain the quality of incoming parts
Solve customer complaints and support QA section
Support new model and maintain the quality of supplier parts
Monitor the quality issuing of SQA/IQC
Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues
Control and ensure parts are in compliance with quality and specification requirements
Support management system of quality to establish, implement and maintain ISO
Requirement:
University degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
At least 8 years of experience in a similar position. In which, at least 5 years of experience in the field of assembling one-set-electronic-Product
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, QC tool
Creative thinking and quality solving principles (e.g. 8D reports, 5-Why analysis, etc.)
Ability to lead all the quality personnel to formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity and enhancement of part quality and standards
Excellent English (4 Skills)
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
