Operations Trainer (Bac Ninh/ Binh Duong) - Shopee

1.Training Design and Development:

• Conduct training needs assessments through observations, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Review and enhance existing training materials to ensure relevance to current warehouse processes and standards.

2.Training Delivery:

• Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops for warehouse staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Conduct functional training sessions for Supervisors and Leads when required.
• Apply a variety of training techniques (e.g., simulations, role-plays, on-the-job coaching) to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
• Ensure sessions are interactive, practical, and well-aligned with warehouse schedules.

3.Evaluation and Improvement:

• Continuously refine training content and methods based on participant feedback and changing business needs.
• Ensure accurate records of attendance, assessments, and results for reporting purposes.
• Prepare training reports (e.g. monthly, quarterly, yearly) as required.

4.Collaboration and Support:

• Partner with warehouse managers and team leads to identify and plan training needs and schedules.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in warehouse operations and adult learning methodologies.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all training programs comply with Shopee’s policies and relevant safety regulations.
• Foster a strong safety culture and encourage continuous improvement in operational practices.

• Working location: Bac Ninh & Binh Duong 
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in training, preferably in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficient in training methodologies.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Be able to deliver training to big groups of staff in short time with minimum resources
• Willing to travel to other warehouse sites to conduct training when required (low frequency).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for continuous learning and development.
• Adaptable, proactive, and open to feedback.
• Able to stay calm and maintain professionalism under pressure.
