• JOB PURPOSE
• Manage and supervise assigned operations to ensure compliance with SGS procedures and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify additional inspection and testing opportunities from existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality service delivery.
• Support revenue growth through strong customer relationship management and operational excellence.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise the implementation of Operations SOPs for assigned jobs.
• Coordinate with QA to develop or update SOPs based on specific client requirements.
• Follow up daily job progress and communicate regularly with clients, both on-site and at the office.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle client enquiries, feedback, complaints and operational issues.
• Follow up corrective actions related to customer complaints.
• Identify opportunities for additional inspection and testing services from existing clients.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Laboratory, Administration, Customer Service and other related teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Communicate customer requirements, market information and business insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support the Sales team in marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Support seminars, workshops, customer events and other business development activities when required.
• Prepare weekly highlights, monthly reports, revenue reports and other reports requested by the SBU Manager.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Control operational costs and resources related to assigned jobs.
• Ensure effective manpower and resource allocation.
• Support continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the SBU Manager.

• University graduate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in woodchip inspection or woodchip production.
• Strong understanding of woodchip operations, inspection processes or production activities.
• Fluent Chinese in speaking, listening and writing.
• Basic English communication.
• Good Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and goal-driven.
• Able to handle operational issues independently.
• Willing to travel for business and on-site assignments.
