Position Overview

To assist with Export operation and related activities in Vietnam. Monitor day-to-day operation of CS and Doc staffs, maintain and develop an effective team, evaluate KPIs, and be responsible for the operations of the OP Department to the BODs. Make regular reports and analysis for the activities and evaluate the implementation results of Freight Forwarding Department to International Business Director.

Job Requirements

  • Lead the operation team for air, sea, import, and export from A to Z, especially TP Trade.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.
  • Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory in company.
  • Design and review customer’s standard operating procedures.
  • Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about operation.
  • Updating freight from carrier/airline/co-loader.
  • Cross check all quotation made by operation staff. (especially for D term)
  • Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible.
  • Update complain from customer to Station manager on a weekly basis.
  • Support accounting team to finalize financial report on time.
  • Any other projects as assigned by company.

    • Required knowledge and skills

  • College or University degree and above. More than 5 to 7 years of experience with specialized skills in Logistics/forwarding companies.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship with local carriers to secure space for customers.
  • Experiences in building up and follow operation related SOP (OP SOP, Account SOP, ...)
  • Able to work under pressure and in the environment of ambiguity. Also take the lead to the next step.
  • Ability to speak and write in both Vietnamese & English fluently.
