Operation Management Trainee (COO Assistant)

Job Description

• Responsible for supporting commercial operations processes, customer services, order fulfillment, warehousing and last mile delivery in order to enhance seller's experience and performance, ultimately contributing to overall growth of the commercial department.
• Report line: COO
• Responsible for coordinating and tracking end-to-end order fulfillment process with internal departments (sales & merchandising team) and external partners (3PL fulfillment & shipping).
• Support monitoring end-to-end KPIs related order lead time, warehouse productivity and efficiency, delivery time & cost.
• Responsible for tracking last mile delivery service by coordinating 3PL vendors, as well as managing KPI related lead time, damage, return,...
• Main contact point that lead the process of resolving customer and order fulfillment related issues
• Support data reporting, tracking and follow up operation insight with optimization.

Requirements

1. Domain Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce | Logistics & Supply Chain is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Operation/E-commerce or similar roles. Open for Fresh Graduates with strong passion for e-commerce operation.
• Knowledge in data processing & analysis. Strong in Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of warehouse operation, inventory management and last-mile delivery management (nice to have)
• Knowledge working with relevant stakeholders: suppliers, sales, finance, logistics (Nice to have)
• Native in Vietnamese and Proficient Business English (verbal; written)

2. Skillset

• Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills. Good Computer skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint…) is a basis; a must-have.
• Strong logical thinking and critical thinking
• Strong at problem solving, time management, teamwork and multitasking.
• Advance presentation and communication (verbal; written) skills
