• Working Location: HCMC
• Report to: Deputy General Manager
• Time: 8h00 – 17h30, Monday – Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITY for O2O Business Intelligence & Integration Manager Position

The Business Intelligence and Integration Manager provide the projects/initiatives, analytics, modelling, dashboard and forecasts include development to provide competitive advantage in the highly

competitive O2O and digital business in Vietnam and South East Asia and enhance business decisionmaking. He/She will also response to define data/system integration development between internal the data/technology infrastructure and external partner channels/infrastructure.

• To identify, share and analyse O2O/e-commerce market trends and changes
• To develop business insight dashboard/report/platform for sharing with various departments of the organization on a regular basis
• To provide business analysis data as required to internal teams
• To work with digital project team to manage all development project as business required
• Be proactive on identifying market changes through contacts with principals or key customers to propose new directions or new initiative
• Lead and build a small team of analysts

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for O2O Business Intelligence & Integration Manager Position

• Master Degree in a relevant subject such as Statistics, Computer Science or Mathematics
• High level of MS SQL proficiency
• Preferably several years of experience in a fast moving e-commerce start-up environment
• Experience in working with customer master data and business analytical tools.
• Analytical, strategic and result oriented with strong commercial sense
• Independence and dynamic with decision making and problem solving skills
• Highly energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• BIS or Computer Science education background.
• BI & big data development project in retails or e-commerce company working experiences.
• Website & mobile application development skills
• Age: 28-35
