NPI Engineer (Kỹ sư triển khai sản phẩm mới)
Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective and timely transfer of new products from R&D to production, meeting technical standards.
- Plan and manage new product introduction processes.
- Establish and optimize production processes for new products.
- Create flowcharts, balance production lines, and coordinate with Process Engineering (PE) to verify work instructions.
- Support supplier evaluation and selection for new components.
- Conduct product testing, manufacturability assessment, and process improvement.
- Train and support production teams during product transfer.
- Utilize necessary software tools (i.e SOLIDWORK, ONSHAPE, OFFICE and AutoCAD) in design development and documentation.
- Monitor and report new product implementation progress.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in new product introduction or technical project management
- Experience working with production, QA, PMC, PE and R&D departments.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and technical standards
- Has experience liaising with Vendor.
- Writing Report/Procedure in English & fluency in English
