Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6

Job description:

• Contact with Customer / Supplier.
• Implement import and export customs procedures: receive documents from related parties.
• Check & process documents.
• Coordinate with FWD regarding customs clearance.
• Implement monthly reports.
• Handling tasks as requested by Manager
• Communicate with oversea office and customer
• Delivery shipment to customer.

Requirements:

• Graduated from university.
• At least 3 year working experience.
• Fluent English skills are required (both speaking and writing).
• Ability to communicate professionally via email and telephone.
• Male/Female from 28-35 years old. Live near Thuan Thanh 2 Industrial Park, and can commute by motorbike to work.

Benefits:

• Salary: up to 11.000.000 VND gross
• Probation: 2 months, 85% salary
• 13th month salary
• All the regulations followed government’s law
