Nhân viên Xuất - Nhập khẩu (Bắc Ninh)

Salary range: 8 - 10 mil gross / month + meal allowance

Working location: KCN Yen Phong, Bac Ninh

Working time: 8 AM - 5.45 PM (Monday - Friday)

- Will have 1 week working at Night shift (8PM - 5AM)

1. BROAD SCOPE:

● Coordinating and arranging export shipments according to committed customer and job

requirements.

● Supporting the colleagues in solving all issued jobs from the operation

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Receiving Production Plan from SEVTT, SEMV, and sending to 3PLs to make exported plans

● In charge of handling cargo via FWDR.

● Checking space of airlines based on 3PLs Export Planning for arranging SEVTT, SEMI

cargo daily.

● Receiving SEVTT, SEMV D/O list from Production Planning team, and sending to 3PLs.

● Responsible for checking SR combine requests from forwarders and sending them to SEVT.

● Make sure to maximize D/O for SR combine.

● Sending a Customs Clearance request to ALSB.

● Requesting Inland Trucking from SEVT to ALSB and ALSB to Noi Bai Airport.

● Following D/O list status to make sure all D/O will be shipped out on time

● Contact 3PLs and related partners to handle SEVTs, SEMV, and cargo without mistake.

● Responsible for receiving B/L from 3PLs. Check B/L details and send to SEVT, SEMV side.

● Daily generating AR/AP for settlement.

● Co-operative with colleagues to handle SEVT, and SEMV cargo as well.

● Following the requirement of Duties from the Manager for finishing daily jobs.

● Monthly Basic Salary: 8 ~10,000,000 VND Gross/Month for FRESH STAFF.

Experience staff can be offered higher.

REQUIREMENT:

● University graduate with a bachelor's degree, prefer Male.

● Be hard-working, willing to learn new things, and having can-do-attitude
