* WORK RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate POP & Activation program:
+Implement trade activities at area level.
+ Propose solutions to improve the quality of programs and product promotion campaigns.
+ Check, monitor the implementation of promotional programs, POSM at area level.
+ Implement event programs at area level.
+ Working with departments in the implementation of Marketing Activation programs.
+ Set up booth, display by layout, report synthesis and image.
- Having a lot of experiences to organize the event:
+ Negotiate with the agency staff about the detail of campaigns.
+ Handle budget manage campaign cost.
- Expand distribution channels and identify target customer for new product categories.
- Plan and analyze assortment for different channels and customer groups
- Conduct Market, Consumers and Competitor Analysis and propose product pricing and positioning.
- Develop and implement marketing, promotion programs for different channels and categories in order to push sales.
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Materials (e.g, brochure, leaflet...).
* POWER:
- Communicate with other departments
- Using budget of Marketing department to make Marketing plan

- Good at English (4 skills – IELTS 6.0)
- Excellent computer skill
- Planning & project management skill
- Honestly, good communication skill
- Having at least 3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing
- The ability to negotiate prices with suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure, teamwork
- Male
- Age from 25 to 30
- Lovely voice
