• Sample Testing & Color Formula Development
• Conduct laboratory testing to identify suitable dyeing formulas according to customer color requirements.
• Provide appropriate color formulas for production.
• Ensure new color quality and correct color combination testing before production rollout.
• Laboratory Operations & Workplace Compliance
• Perform assigned tasks according to relevant procedures and work instructions.
• Clean, preserve, and maintain laboratory machines, equipment, and tools.
• Carry out 5S activities at the assigned working area.
• Comply with company regulations on occupational safety, fire prevention, working hours, workplace discipline, asset protection, and technology confidentiality.
• Coordination & Continuous Improvement
• Follow up assigned actions to complete team and individual objectives.
• Follow work arrangements from the direct manager or unit leader.
• Request technical support when needed for sample testing issues.
• Propose improvements to technological processes.

• Education & Experience
• Intermediate degree in Chemistry.
• Working experience: Not required.
• Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in using laboratory tools.
• Basic understanding of the dyeing industry.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic office computer skills.
• Language / Other Requirements
• Elementary English.
• Able to work in the Dyeing – Finishing Workshop.
• Able to follow laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and internal regulations.
