- Testing & Inspection: inspect incoming materials, semi products and finish good by using sensory evaluation skills, measuring instruments or laboratory testing.
- Defect Identification: Reject, discard, or return items that fail to meet tolerance levels.
- Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain logs, and complete reports or Certificate of Analysis forms.
- Process Monitoring: Work alongside production plant to identify the root cause of recurring defects and recommend adjustments to manufacturing procedures.
- Equipment Calibration: Ensure testing and measurement equipment is operating accurately and call for repairs when necessary.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good knowleage about GMP, HACCP
- Attention to detail skills: Ability to detect minor errors and maintain accurate production batches..
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and write precis reports.
- Communication: Willing to learn and perform assigned tasks.
- Reading and reporting in English, proficient in computer and email.
- At least 2 years of experience in the nuts and dried fruits industry or equivalent.
- Ability to work and report to manager remotely. Ability for business travel.
- Working place: KCN Sông Hậu, Xã Lai Vung, Tỉnh Đồng .
