- Working in shift.
- Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform check-in, check-out, and reservation-related procedures accurately.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Assist in handling emergency situations according to hotel procedures.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor/college in Tourism/Hospitality Management
- At least 06 months relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Possess good public relations and presentation skills
- Smiling face, and willing to learn
- Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
- Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus
