Job descriptions:

• To carry out daily customer service/ documentation tasks efficiently and works within the guidelines and company's policies and procedures.
• To follow up on customer shipment advices and feedback to customers and overseas agents and make respective shipping document for both inbound/ outbound cargo: booking request, booking release, SI, BL, DO, Arrival notice, etc.
• To check shipping documents.
• To send shipping advice to overseas agents.
• To verify price from vendors/ service suppliers/ liners, etc.
• To handle incident management and handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or other logistics/ shipping line related fields.
• Good communication skill, customer oriented, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English communication.
• Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics related field.
• Team work or work independently ability.
• Enthusiastic, sociable, honest, proactive, creative.
