Plan, manage, and execute MES-related projects as part of the Smart Factory and DX roadmap.
Act as a bridge between Production, IT, Engineering, Quality, and Management to ensure system and business alignment.
Collect, analyze, and structure manufacturing requirements, and translate them into MES system functions and workflows.
Support MES testing, validation, deployment, and go-live activities.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
Prepare and deliver clear weekly project status reports for management review.
Monitor MES performance after go-live and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Support data utilization initiatives to enhance production visibility and operational control.
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and change request records.
Proactively identify project risks and propose effective mitigation plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields). · 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, project engineering, or related roles. · Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and production data flow. · Experience or strong interest in
Digital Transformation (DX) or
Smart Factory initiatives. · Familiarity with MES / SFC systems is a strong advantage. · Good project management and documentation skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint). · Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines. · Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
