• Product Development & Sample Coordination
• Study Tech Packs and BOMs for Proto and SMS development.
• Develop and source new trims according to customer requirements.
• Prepare sample room checklists and ensure all sewing and finishing materials are available.
• Transfer and receive samples between the Sample Room, Embroidery, Laundry, and related departments.
• Coordinate sample flow to ensure development milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Manage customer requests related to new projects, marketing materials, and upcycled garment developments.
• Sample Preparation & Production Support
• Book finishing capacity for sample development.
• Pack SMS samples for customer submission.
• Arrange Proto meeting samples (DAWN projects).
• Prepare mock-ups, QC files, and approved trims for PP Meetings.
• Issue thread color checklists for Technicians to proceed with bulk production.
• Issue approved trims to Production and suppliers.
• Coordinate Testing Samples with BV when required.
• Prepare samples for 3D development (DAWN projects).
• System & Documentation Management
• Upload garment and trim photos into WFX and IP systems.
• Maintain accurate product information and development records in company systems.
• Ensure all approvals and development documents are updated throughout the sample process.
• Logistics & Administration
• Transfer SMS sample sets to the Studio for flatlay photography.
• Arrange samples for photo shooting (DAWN projects).
• Process supplier payments related to development activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth sample development and production handover.
• Other Duties
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Merchandising or Product Development within the garment industry.
• Experience in denim product development is highly preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge
• Good understanding of garment development processes from Proto to PP.
• Knowledge of Tech Packs, BOMs, trims, sample development, and production preparation.
• Familiar with WFX, IP, or other ERP/PLM systems.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
