Mechanical Engineer (Phu Tho Province/working at factory vendor)

Job Brief & Responsibilities:

• Development for casting, forging, machining, fabrication and extrusion parts as per project requirement.
• Development of parts through tooled up route with a series of machines & tools along with suppliers.
• Closely working with suppliers as per timeline to achieve the project milestones.
• Conducting weekly meetings with suppliers to understand their bottleneck for executing the projects and highlighting the issues to the next level.
• End to end mapping among supplier drawing/company drawing for ensuring alignment.
• Signing of Tool ownership certificate with supplier for production dies.
• Conducting trials at supplier end.
• Participate during sample inspection and approval along with Quality at supplier locations.
• Shipping of samples to customers for approval.
• Ensuring delivery of production parts to customers as per committed timeline plan.
• Travels across PAN India/Vietnam for conducting trials at various supplier locations. - Monitoring supplier payments and submitting invoices for approval.

• Basic knowledge on casting, forging, machining, extrusions & fabrication process.
• Multi-tasking.
