Mechanical Design Engineer/Kỹ Sư thiết kế cơ khí

• Working place:  VMS Engineering. Add: Lot D, Loc An Binh Son Industrial Zone, Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai, Vietnam
• RIGHTS: - High negotiable salary, high promotion opportunities - Annual salary increase, 13th month salary bonus - Food allowance, diligence allowance - Company bus from Thu Duc and Bien Hoa * Working time is from Monday to Friday.
• 1.  Mechanical System Design (MSD) · Create and/or update 3D model of vehicle to meet the customer requirements · Generate and/or update production 2D drawings, Autobuilts drawing & obtain approval · Generate AutoCAD cutting files for production & obtain approval · Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety and design standards (Australian Standard and/or ISO) · Create Jacon Equipment machine manuals: operator’s manual, maintenance manual and spare part manual · Manage the project on-time and on-spec
• 2.  Hydraulic System Design (HSD) · Review and update hydraulic schematic to meet the customer requirements · Verify hydraulic component specification
• 3.  Bill of Material (BOM) · Create hydraulic & mechanical BOM
• 4.  Others · Support external customer to solve the on-site problems of Jacon Equipment machine · Cross-department collaboration & engineering support
• Prepare engineering document such as QC check sheet, work instruction, etc.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC        Education

• Graduated from Technical University, Major: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar
• Job Related
• Experience:   5-year practical experience in equipment design
• Industrial knowledge:  Mining & construction equipment is a plus
• Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): - Good in oral and written English - Inventor, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) - Good problem-solving and communication skills - Able to work in a team environment
