- Responsible for transferring new products into mass production.
- Responsible for analyzing and improving product abnormalities during production.
- Responsible for improving production line efficiency.
- Responsible for verifying and improving fixtures used in the manufacturing process.
- Implement engineering change processes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College degree or above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in Product Engineering or Process Engineering in the Cable Assembly industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use relevant data analysis tools effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to read technical drawings.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and good coordination skills.
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese.
