Maintenance Supervisor (based at Bàu Bàng, Bình Dương)

30% Operational Effectiveness/Continuous Improvement, Prevent, Maintain and Repair

Using established protocal, guideline to supervise preventive maintenance and reliability activities of the plant.
Leads review/analyze on maintenance/reliability maintenance metrics and performance, perform gap analysis and develop improvement action plans in those areas
Maintain and apply consitent maintenance & reliability best practices (e.g. safety program/audits, Continuoues Improvement ideas)
Makes proposals for replacement and modifications of defective devices and machines in line with characterized plant operation features and regulatory standards, ensure operation improvement with the lowest cost.

20 % Reliability Excellence Governance (develop, align, implement Reliability Excellence practices and programs)

Implements leading Reliability Excellence practices and drives improvements by monitoring KPI (e.e. down time, break-down/failures rate, energy consumption, safety indexes…)
Enforce common reliability processes and metrics (focus on eliminating the root cause of reliability problems) to achieve key successes (total cost of maintenance, total cost of ownership, compliance scores…)
Participate in meetings with other departments regarding the resolutions of on-going production issues, new procedures and processes, coordinating with other functional department for regular evaluation of HACCP, saving energy and reducing recycle process.

30 % Project Planning, Contractor/vendor management

Participates in plant’s capital project planning, cost estimation, payback justification….
Manages execution phase of all projects in the plant (inclduing on-going maintenance/reliability related as well as other capital projects such expansion/upgrades)

20 % People/Budget Management

Be responsible for the peole management and development in the Maintenance/Reliability including recruiting, training, assigning, retention and engagement of capable personnel
Establishes and manages maintenance budget

• Degree holder in engineering and technical discipline (major in electrical, mechanical and automation engineering)

• Candidates possess certificates of GMP, HACCCP, ISO9001, ISO22000, EHS, Safety…will be an advantage

• 5 years in maintenance management in high mass volume manufacturing companies, 3 years at the same position is a must

• Hand-on experiences in mechanics, electric, automation… maintenance/operations processes

• Good at leadership, teamwork, strong communication skills and able to communicate with all levels in the plant

• Writing and Reading English at intermediate level
