Maintenance Manager

• Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs effectively across operations.
• Ensure availability of materials and spare parts, manage requisitions, and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead cost-out initiatives related to maintenance.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot, and fix problems to ensure efficient production.
• Develop preventive plans to ensure continual safe and efficient operation of manufacturing facilities.
• Perform improvement planning by following technology, process, and system developments related to Maintenance.
• Coordinate preparation activities for production machine installation and plant utilities.
• Coordinate reparation and maintenance of production machines and plant utilities.
• Responsible for corrective and preventive action performance for problems in production machines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience at Manager level in manufacturing.
• Prefer candidates with experience in plastic packaging and mold tools.
• Deep knowledge in Manufacturing Process.
• High English proficiency (both speaking and writing).
