I - JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Supply: In collaboration with other Auchan Teams (store management, performance team …) :

• Define the policy of maintenance
• Manage the tender procedure for maintenance company
• Implement process and tools for the maintenance
• Be the connection beween store and maintenance suppliers
• Energy: In collaboration with other Auchan Teams (store management, performance team …):
• Define the political of Energy
• Monitor the energy consomption
• Manage the tender procedure for energy saving
• Work with HR for CSR report
• In collaboration with Architect - Design team:
• Analysis the standard maintenance cost
• Estimate the maintenance budget for new projects
• Analysis the standard energy cost
• Estimate the energy cost for new projects

II - JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Technical Major
• At least 03 years in the same position in maintenance & Facility management at Hotel, Building or Shopping Mall
• Supervising and leading people
• Working for multi-national company is a plus
• Good command of English
• Problem solving – identify root cause and working to create solutions
• Influencing ( negotiating ) others on own team and across departments
• Good computer skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto Cad, etc.)
