Machine Parts Section Chief

• Manage the daily operations of the Machine Parts section, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Oversee equipment and spare parts inquiries, purchasing, delivery follow-up, inventory control, receiving, and Machine Parts Room management.
• Prepare monthly reports and support capital investment projects related to equipment and machine parts.
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Import/Export, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective operations.
• Proactively identify operational issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and follow up on corrective actions through to completion.

• College or University graduate.

Manufacturing Experience

• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably in Production, Machine Parts, Maintenance, Engineering, Purchasing, or Warehouse operations.

Parts and Inventory Management

• Understanding of spare parts management, inventory control, and stock monitoring.

Excel and Data Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process, analyze, and report data accurately.

English & Japanese Communication

• Ability to communicate in English & Japanese for work-related coordination and information exchange.

Coordination and Follow-up

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments and suppliers.
