General Description

• You will be working side-by-side with Customs Operation Team to learn the process, terminology, and skills required to be successful in Customs Operation.
• You will be learning about Customs regulation, Customs declaration, shipment delivery.
• You also learn to engage stakeholders as well as various skills to enhance your career profile.
• It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come on board as a full- time employee upon completion or graduation.

• Specific Accountabilities
• Customs Operations
• Checking compliance in terms of customs declaration via VNACCS System.
• Collaborate with customers on daily basis to check and verify the shipping docs for customs clearance
• Declare customs via VNACCS system.
• Follow Customs clearance process with vendor.
• Ensure compliance with country subcontractor management policies and procedures.
• Support operation tasks.
• Other tasks are assigned by higher level.

Job Requirements

• Customs knowledge/expertise and operational skills.
• Good English communication skills is prefered. (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Excel, word computer skills.
• Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
• University graduate major in foreign trade or relevant fields.
• English & Vietnamese communication skills
