Logictics Manager / Supervisor

Job description:

• Responsible for supervision, control, planning and development of the warehouses in Vietnam
• Supervise and manage the team to perform duties including, but not limit to, material receiving, kitting, stock ledger accuracy and finish goods delivery
• Responsible to develop, document, maintain and enforce proper standard operating procedures
• Manage operations to maximize space utilization, improve lead time and reduce overall operation costs
• Work with various departments to provide prompt and accurate goods deliveries
• Prepare regular reporting and analytics to management
• Maintain warehouse premises and equipment in good standing conditions (cleaning, maintenance and repairs)
• Responsible to enforce and maintain safety regulations, proper security measures and procedures
• Comply with Company’s safety and security policies

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma holder in logistic or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at management level in manufacturing environment (electronics industry is preferred)
• Knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14001/ OHSAS18001, TS16949 and EHS documents
• Knowledge in Vietnam Customs regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
