• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: CEO
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Legal ManagerJob Responsibility for Legal Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Responsible for the management of the day-to-day legal planning of the Organization
• Responsible for analysing the Organization’s legal risk prevention policies and the impact of regulatory or legislative changes on its operations
• Ensure that the corporate administration procedures are performed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Oversee and manage litigations related to consumer protection matters and provide counsel and advice when necessary
• Identify the consumer protection opportunities in the retail operations and provide recommendations to senior management, where required
• Responsible for the review and management of company contracts and provide counsel and advice, where required
• Oversee and is responsible for managing the application and administrative matters of permits, providing counsel and advice when necessary
• Support the communication and negotiation required for all licenses and permits and manage relations with government agencies, where required.
• Continually work with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and implement programmes and initiatives, where required

Requirement forLegal Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduated from accredited University or above, majoring in Law.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the judiciary, having a practicing law certificate for 3 years or more. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in distribution and retail businesses.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Be able to speak and write well in English
• Be dynamic, enthusiastic and willing to work under high pressure
• Corporate legal side experience
• Experience in legal responsibility for retail channel retial: apply for a construction permit to open new stores nationwide
• Have experience in product registration and announcement

• Salary: $3,000 – $5,000, depending on candidate’s ability
