Legal Executive

• Keep filing of original dossiers & other administrative works;
• Handle regulatory affairs with authorities (Notary office, …);
• Conduct registration of collaterals;
• Travel to proximate provinces for paper work;
• Assist manager in drafting legal documents/agreements/contracts;
• Assist sales team in dealing with arisen obstacles;
• Provide legal advices/opinions on all aspects;
• Legal update;
• Translate legal documents/agreements/contracts;
• Report to Legal Manager / BOD (if it requires);
• Other tasks assigned by Legal Manager & BOD

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Law or any other relevant discipline.
• At least two-year working experience (in finance-banking field is preferable).
•  Significant contract law experience and ability to draft contracts to a high standard.
• Be available for dealing with regulatory field tasks (Notary offices, Land Registration Agency, …)
• Hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented;
• Be able to work under high pressure & independently;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong working relationships and good cultural awareness.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese in both written and oral formats.
