Leasing Executive

Position title: Leasing Executive
Salary range: 15 - 20 million
Work Location: 1058 Nguyen Van Linh, Quarter 1, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in all related leasing activities
• Coordinate with all concerned departments during leasing negotiation
• Plan and monitor the allocated budget
• Prepare and update leasing documents
• Keep lease document in good condition of preservation, order and updated
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent
• Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
• Proficiency with MS Office application
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in retail/leasing/ sales.
• High responsibility with job.
