LEAD TEACHER

✔ Serve as a mentor and coach to a team of teachers, providing support and guidance on  instructional strategies and best practices. 

✔ Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement school-wide academic  programs and initiatives that support student learning and success. 

✔ Ensure that the curriculum and instructional materials are aligned with the school's mission and  goals, and are up-to-date with current best practices. 

✔ Lead professional development opportunities for teachers, promoting continuous learning and  growth. 

✔ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional practices and make recommendations for  improvement. 

✔ Provide support and guidance to teachers in the use of technology to enhance student learning. 

✔ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity, equity, and respect  for all students.

✔ Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. 

✔ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a classroom teacher, with a strong track record of  student success. 

✔ Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills. 

✔ Strong knowledge of best practices in education, instructional design, and student development.

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 

✔ Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and to foster an inclusive school culture. ✔ Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
