• Key tasks and responsibilities
• Deliver daily messages on Onsite, Offsite and CRM channels;
• Write contents relating to Marketing Solution Detail, Product Update, Incentive Announcement and Media Content;
• Support Customer Service Team to solve customer’s problems and confusion;
• Produce social content related to the MARKETING SOLUTION industry including and not limited to photos, and social memes…etc…;
• Work with various marketing optimizing content creators and trainers;
• Catch the trends to apply for Lazada Sponsored Solutions to improve users’ engagement;
• Work closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers, and business developers in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks & ongoing projects;
• Create Team building plan for internal team;
• Assist Communication & Education Manager on assigned projects and initiatives.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor Degree;
• Having experience in copyrighting and developing Social Media platforms (Fanpage/ Instagram/ Facebook Group/ TikTok) is a plus;
• Being able to create social content (Onsite/Offsite and CRM);
• Being familiar with photo video editing software (Photoshop & illustration) is a plus;
• Have passion for MARKETING SOLUTION industry. Academic Knowledge is a plus;
• Working ethically, multitasking and performance-driven;
• Reliable, self-discipline, detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable easily;
• Good command of English in Reading & Writing.
