Lawyer Secretary (For English speaker)

This position will be the opening staff at the time of opening.
They would like to correspond flexibly to various tasks.
In addition, we will use English on a daily basis to advance our duties.
(Telephone response, conversation with a Vietnamese attorney or secretary in the office, exchange of daily e-mail etc., document checking etc)

• Schedule Lawyer's schedule.
• Creation of invoice in Lawyers business.
• Document preparation · modification · proofreading · copy, filing etc.
• Preparation of materials for writing, lecture, seminar etc.
• Arrangement for business trips and dinners.
• Cooperation with Tokyo office.
• General affairs work in the office.
• Simple accounting (expense adjustment etc) work.
• Other operations.

• Advanced level English skill.
• Who have skill for general affairs task.
• Who have high hospitality.
• Good communication skills.
• High responsibility.

• Who have experience of Secretary.
• Who have experience or skill of accounting.
• Who have experience of woking in Law firm.
• Who have experience of working in Japanese company.
