• Responsible for management the production process in accordance with standards and work procedures.

Manage and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure the completion of the following objectives:

• Production plan- Order progress Control the machine condition and the plating process condition including the concentration of each chemicals and the operating parameters.
• Make the plating process standard and the related document
• Control the quality of the products including find the root cause of the defeats and do the improving activities, and report to Factory manager and to Factory director. 
• Control & manage the stock of the materials and chemicals in the lab.
• Discovering irrational factors and report to Factory manager and to Factory director.
• Share with team about the policy of Factory manager
• Set up the replenishment chemicals / materials period of each plating baths, and manage the replenishment results, and report to Factory manager and to Factory director.

Maintain and enhance:

• Productivity
• Performance of machinery, equipment, tools.
• Working environment: Health and safety, 5S.
• Efficient use of raw materials and chemicals.
• Share with team about SOP(Standard of process) and the improvement working way.
• Set up the maintenance period plan for each machine / equipment / environment and conduct it.

Management of machinery and equipment:

• Monitor the status of machinery and equipment continuously and request repair and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance planning.
• Resource check and propose to Factory manager to buy the machinery to meet the plan and improvement.

Technical process management:

• Check the parameters, add chemicals according to prescribed standards.
• Prepare relevant manuals
• Conduct cleaning and maintenance of clean and dry lab.
• Conduct compliance with 5S activities.
• Manage compliance with chemical filling in the right place and operation.
• Participate in improvement activities related to upper and plant-wide managers.
• Whenever there are some quality issues in the plating process and the inspection process, should find the root cause and make the solution to solve them.

• Graduated from University or more with the chemical engineering major.
• Having expertise in plating and experience in lab. over than 3 years.
• Analytical skills, find out the cause of the problem, coordinate the solving parts.
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure at work.
• Good communicate skill, handle situations decisively and according to company regulations.
• Kiểm tra, kiểm soát quá trình sản xuất / Inspect and control the production process.
• Coordinating and communicating well with related departments and sections to solve work.
• Proposing plans, initiatives, improvements productivity, machinery, chemicals, cost reduction and improvement of production efficiency.
• Proposing to the Board of Directors to stop the production line when the product quality is not the same as standard.
