Location

• R&D Center – Johnlyzer Factory - Lot No. 3, Long Dinh Industrial Cluster – Long Cang Commune, Tay Ninh Province (Long An)

Working Hours

• Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WFH Sat)
• Research & Equipment Design : Perform calculations, research, and design for complex technological equipment such as Electrolyzer Stacks, Industrial Burners, and Boilers.

Integrated  System  Design

• Design  and  optimize  integrated  systems  involving  pressure vessels,  storage  tanks,  compressors,  and  piping.
• Optimize  layouts  to  achieve  the  best balance between hydraulic performance, industrial aesthetics, and installation feasibility.

BOP Optimization & Integration

• Calculate, select,  and integrate  auxiliary equipment such as pumps, valves, and heat exchangers to ensure overall thermodynamic efficiency.
• Ensure  manufacturability  and  ease  of  operation  and  maintenance  from  the  conceptual design stage.

Fundamental  Thinking

• Strong  ability  to  think  from  first  principles  in  mechanics,thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics to solve and optimize complex engineering designs.

Standards & Materials Knowledge

• In-depth understanding and practical application of international standards for the design of pressure vessels and piping systems.

Tools & Execution Skills

• Proficient  in  3D  design  software  such  as  Inventor,  with  experience  in  large assembly management and parametric design.
• Strong  understanding  and  application  of  GD&T  (Geometric  Dimensioning  &Tolerancing) to ensure precision and proper fit in mechanical fabrication drawings
