Position title: KIẾN TRÚC SƯ CHỦ TRÌ CÔNG TRÌNH - SENIOR ARCHITECT, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural, Architecture/Interior Design

Salary range: Negotiable
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and managing architectural and master planning projects.
• Producing high-quality accurate design drawings, technical documents, construction details and design presentations for all project stages.
• Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems
• Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Other asisigned tasks

Job Requirements

• Technical knowledge and experience in all phases of the design process from conceptual design to construction administration.
• At least College degree and above
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• At least 7 years of experience of working as a professional architect.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up, 3D Max, VRay, Revit… and Microsoft Suite.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese construction standards, regulations and approval procedures.
• Language: English and/ or French.
