Architecture Duties

• Be responsible for producing drawings and tabulations at all design stages. Complete by the deadline at all the stages for client or authorities presentation/submission.
• Develops the concept into Design Documentation on time and accurately, managing the drafting team (CAD & 3D).
• Revises the work of the drafting team and ensures that it is comprehensive with the original concept developed or sketches. Ensures that the resulting work has no mistakes and is adequate for relevant presentations.
• Adequately establishes and uses drawing lists and files drawing documents and electronic files.
• Produce and/or understand and adapt architecture sketches.
• Be responsible to make model for project presentation.
• Understands and apply the Vietnamese Building Design and Construction Standards (or international standards if required) in the architecture drawings being produced. Establishes drawings and summary table of area and other information as necessary for usual submission to authorities.
• Uses the best drawing practice in accordance with the company’s templates, procedures and professional standards
• Carry site periodical visit. Present at meeting when requested to coordinate with clients, consultants and builders.

Management Competencies

. Revit capacity, graduate from University, 

. At least 3 -8 years experience, can on board soon 

• Project management : priority in big project or high levels
• Communication skills:

. Listening attentively to clients, management, fellow colleagues, and suppliers - what is really being asked or said to you?

. Asking questions and getting clarification (from clients, management, suppliers, colleagues, anyone you are communicating to) if you are not sure or clear on something.

Salary: negotiation according to capacities (20-35 million VND gross)
