Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

• The Junior Graphic Designer will execute visual design tasks and marketing collaterals for Internal Brands in Vietnam.
• This role focuses on adapting existing brand visuals, preparing digital assets, supporting print production, and maintaining visual consistency across brand touchpoints under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Creative Design Execution & Brand Support (60%)

Visual Design Creation

• Support the execution and resize of Key Visuals (KVs) of Internal Brands into local digital banners, social media assets, and basic print/POSM collaterals.

Cross-Border Collaboration

• Work closely with the Creative teams in Indonesia, as well as local Visual Merchandising, Social Media, Campaign, and other teams in Vietnam to deliver daily visual design requests on time.
• B. Design Operations, Production & Administration (40%)

Print Preparation

• Prepare print-ready artwork files (die-lines, bleed settings, color modes) and support color proof checking with local print vendors.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design or creative roles within retail, e-commerce, or creative agencies.
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
• Strong foundation in layout composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to follow visual guidelines accurately and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Familiarity with Figma or basic video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Willing to work flexible hours on weekdays/weekends during major campaign launches or event setups if needed.
• Will report directly to the Indonesian-based Creative Director/Art Director.
