IT Project Manager (Japanese Nationality Only)

Management Expectations:
● Daily management of Projects related to the Japanese market
● Effectively manage and document all aspects of the assigned projects
● Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders (Deep cultural understanding of Japanese business etiquette required)
● Project Manager will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and implementation of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support
● Measure KPIs using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
● Resolve customer complaints and questions via email or phone (Close monitoring of response times and activity calendar).
● All communication requires a high level of professionalism and Japanese/Vietnamese cultural awareness
● Answer questions about company products and services
● Suggest solutions or opportunities to customer concerns
● Work with team(s) to ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered
● Work with team members to keep up-to-date with all policy and workflow changes.
● Report and escalate operational and employees performance issues to management as needed
● Implement and monitor company’s security and privacy measures

Business Development:
● Figure out a plan for the next 12 months- sales, marketing, revenue and profit.
● Coordinate sales and business development efforts with the Director and other members of the team focussing on Japanese market
● Research and communicate with potential clients on a weekly basis
● Cold calling and emailing to build lead database
● Following up with warm leads to gain traction for future sales strategies
● Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs or other events beneficial to the development of the brand
