Position title: IT Helpdesk/ IT Support (Nhân Viên Công Nghệ Thông Tin)
Salary range: 8 - 10 million VND
Work Location: 5 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them

Job Responsibilities:

• 40% Maintenance
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Maintaining, monitoring systems
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Perform and maintain backups of all network data
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Replacing parts as required
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• 50% Support/HelpDesk
  • Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
  • Providing administrative support, including procedural documentation
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Working cross functionally to support data reporting systems
  • Working with vendor for up to date hardware and software.
  • Advises on PC improvements, such as hardware procurements

Job Requirements:

• College degree.
• Administering 2003/2008/Windows 7.
• Basic Knowledge in Network security
• Skill full in network, PC, Notebook
• Software, hardware trouble shooting
• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience.
• MCP/MCSA is preferred
• Fluent English speaking and writing
