Position Title: IT Help Desk for Sap/erp System (5 Positions)
Work Location: Etown 2- 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Salary Range: Negotiable

Job Description:

• Working as SAP Authorization & Security Consultant
• Responsible for security scope in SAP system:
• User Provisioning: creation, deletion, modification
• Role management: assignment, analyzing role according to usage purpose
• Role development: develop role, transport role in landscape…
• Security audit: check security of SAP systems including segregation of duties, security audit logs, system configuration, etc…
• Handle customer’s inquiries, diagnostic, troubleshooting via phone / WebEX

Job Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (write, read, speak and listen) is a must.
• 0-5-year experience in IT support or IT help desk.
• ERP / SAP knowledge will be a plus.
• Good customer service mindset, open-minded and can-do attitude.
• Open for either short/long-term training and working in Germany/Japan.
• Clear development road map to grow your career path and well perform your passion.
