ISO STAFF

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s management systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• The role focuses on document control, audit coordination, compliance monitoring, corrective action follow-up, and management system performance reporting.
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, maintain, and control documents related to the DCC management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, work instructions, and records are current and properly stored
• Monitor document revision and approval processes
• Support departments in creating or updating SOPs and work instructions
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits (third-party, customer, certification bodies)
• Assist in creating audit plans and schedules
• Support audit teams with documentation and follow-up actions
• Track nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure closure
• Monitor compliance with company policies and standards
• Collect and compile quality system performance data (e.g., KPIs, audit results, nonconformities)
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review meetings
• Participate in risk assessments and improvement planning.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ISO system maintenance, documentation, or internal audits in manufacturing field.
• Have a certificate ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, TISAX or SA8000.
• Good Microsoft Office user skills.
